London Office Strengthens International Mining Practice (version anglaise seulement)
Our Global Mining Group is pleased to announce Martin Byatt is joining the London office as Counsel on February 14, 2005. Having worked for clients across a wide range of sectors, Mr. Byatt specializes in energy and natural resources fields. He has over 30 years experience in debt and equity fund raisings and the commercial, regulatory and environmental aspects of the exploration for and extraction, production, processing and storage, distribution and sale of minerals, oil and gas and other natural resources. Mr. Byatt's mining finance experience complements those of the London team's mining group. He adds further international expertise to our Canadian and international mining client base, and his oil and gas experience positions the London office to expand its practice into this growing area
