Media, Entertainment & Sports
Our experience in the media, entertainment and sports sector - like activities within the sector itself - is extremely diverse. Ranging from handling competition issues arising from the purchase of a newspaper chain, through advising on the sale of sports franchises, to grappling with the regulatory and public-policy in culturally sensitive fields, our lawyers have a vast range of experience, skills and understanding of the sector. We also have extensive experience in the financing of films, television programs and other projects, and in the contractual arrangements relating to the allocation of revenues from the sale of commercials, tickets and broadcast rights, the licensing of intellectual property (including publicity rights and rights of personality), and other sources.
