Our experience includes:

• Acting, over the past decade, as counsel to two major Canadian insurance companies in numerous claims made under group disability and life insurance policies, as well as employment and related matters

• Acting as Ontario counsel for the insurers of a large multi-national air freight carrier in connection with cargo claims and in numerous property damage claims for both insurers and insureds

• Acting as general counsel in overseeing and co-ordinating outstanding litigation across Canada on behalf of a large U.K.-based insurer which has recently disposed of its Canadian group, life, property and casualty insurance businesses and pension administration activities

• Advising insureds with respect to directors and officers liability insurance

• Acting for Lloyd's of London in successfully staying the Canadian actions brought by the "Names"
  

We are also included on the panel of counsel used by the Lawyers Professional Indemnity Company in Ontario. We were appointed as Canadian legal representatives for the Institute of London Underwriters in 1994.
