Stikeman Elliott is the business name for an international legal practice carried on by Stikeman Elliott LLP, a Canadian limited liability partnership, and an affiliated partnership in England also carrying on business in London under the name "Stikeman Elliott". References to Stikeman Elliott means Stikeman Elliott LLP and that affiliated partnership known as "Stikeman Elliott" as the context requires.
